Papier People Originals started over 8 years ago.A dream shared between two friends.She created her people I created mine and thus Papier People were born.I always liked vintage Halloween,and very primitive folk art,mixed the two and came up with the whimsical look of Papier People Originals.
Finally after 17 years of working a full time job,I gave it up and now devote all my time to create Papier People.Now I do what I enjoy the most!
I reside here in Seabrook,Texas.I have 3 children,a grandson,a great husband who also takes part in creating my papier People.Many hours go into those oak stands that he hand sands to get just the right look.We have two dogs(bassets Amos & Andy) and 30 turtles (Don't ask!)
I am thrilled to see some one smile when they purchase my artwork,that alone is an artists dream.
So now I am living my dream,creating from my imagination and of course some really silly thoughts!
